Many would be eager to name drop a long list of academic institutions and Fortune 100 companies’ experiences to establish their credibility. Yet the quality of my written works and training programs are the best statement that I can offer you. They reflect my extensive education and interest in psychology, counseling and humanity. In the past thirty years my diverse professional experience in business, public service, politics and philanthropy has taken me round the globe to encounter and work with thousands of wonderful people who went on to improved the lives of thousands of others..what a journey of wisdom.
My professional experience transverses an amazing diverse spectrum, from every presidential candidate in the last twenty years, Persian Gulf princes, business leaders, public officials, students, employees-workers-town folks of all shapes and stripes; even an Ethiopian goat herder. My Golden Rule is simple; from each person I can learn something. As a former member of the New Hampshire State Legislature and a current elected official, public and community service has provided me with a tremendous education that has shaped my consciousness and humility. This common sense is the foundation of all my human capital theories.
From this there has evolved a deep insight of understanding on how people think and what social-psychological dynamics are shaping their behavior; an ability to relate to a wide spectrum of individuals that range from the C-suite to the production worker on the factory floor. My objective is always to be a helpful bridge that provides perspective, creates consensus and a moment of personal insight growth that will bring focus to our current world of technological distraction.
My written works and programs reflect thirty years of hands-on scholarly work, thousands of hours of research and development but most importantly objective discussion with the wide range of my unique global constituency. This extensive one-on-one testing has more than provided validity to my human capital theories but has made them extremely effective. Our #1 National Sales Team in a Fortune 100 corporation that I inspired in just one year’s time tells the entire story….coming together with one mind and purpose we can become the best. Still better, all of the team members were over fifty years old and debunked the fallacy of America's youth culture. What a win!
